Since 1999, our company has been developing technology solutions to improve electronic communications.
We began our operations under the name of REP Solution, which in French means “Relations Électroniques Personnalisées”, in order to improve customer relationships using personalized electronic communications.
Over the past years, we have continued to improve our tools, always in tune with marketing trends and technology gaps.

Dialog Insight, 2013
In 2013, we made the strategic decision to rename our company to Dialog Insight.
This new name symbolizes our two major strenghts – customer insight and customized communications. In marketing, the main objective remains to better understand clients and to build closer connections with them.
We strive on offering organizations the best possible vehicle, and services that will always bring them higher results. We help our clients to better communicate with their clients by creating customized and relevant content, encouraging online interactions, analyzing behaviours and converting data into knowledge.

Dialog Insight has three offices to provide top-level support to all of our clients. Our head office is located in Quebec City, and our other offices are in Montreal and Toronto.
We have established partnerships with international businesses to provide our solutions in France and Russia. We also have reseller partnership opportunities.
