We are happy to announce that several new features have been added to our platform. Here’s a brief overview of the release.
Personas – Create personas in order to target your audience more efficiently and increase the power of your message personalization.
Automated Scenarios – Trigger automated scenarios based on actions that have occurred in your contact list (creation, update, subscription, etc.) or on your website (visit on a site or on a specific page).
Message Editor – Create and edit your emails in a simplified interface. The editor has been redesigned to offer a more enjoyable experience while retaining all its great features.
Groups – Segment your list based on your contacts’ engagement towards your brand by applying click, open, frequency and recency criteria to one or more communication types.
Statistics – Our statistics reports on contacts have also got a makeover in this wave of changes. Charts now present clearer data and easy-to-view icons for displaying complete reports, exporting data and getting information about the viewed chart.
