REP Solution announced yesterday that, effective immediately, it will operate under the new name Dialog Insight. The eCRM and digital marketing solutions provider revealed its new identity to clients, partners and media at an afternoon symposium in Montreal yesterday afternoon.
During the afternoon event, the company revealed a new logo design and website for Dialog Insight as well as presented a new visual layout for its proprietary software platform, Openfield, with many new technology features.

After 15 years of serving primarily Quebec based clients under the REP Solution name, the company realized it was time to revive the brand to best represent the full suite of smart marketing and eCRM technology solutions it provides. The redesigned logo is a definitive visual representation of the new name, complete with many connection points inside of a dialog or conversation box. The website showcases the company’s unique solutions organized under five categories – email marketing, marketing automation, content marketing, customer insight, and eCRM, as well as features an elaborate products section to describe the company’s technology.
