Your challenge will be to design the components of a high-performance marketing campaign and customer relationship management technology platform.You will have to imagine and define interfaces and layouts that will satisfy the user while remaining realistic for the programmers.It will therefore be essential to understand the technological reality in order to discuss with the programmers and define the functionalities that meet the requirements.
Ensure the planning, advancement, optimization and delivery of the application interfaces to meet customer needs;
Collaborate closely with different departements to ensure product development;
Translate customer needs into concrete projects for the technical team;
Coordinate the integration of new features and new models in the application;
Work with the integration and development teams to ensure the implementation of the products;
Coordinate projects according to priorities and tasks to be performed.
Technical or university training related to business technologies, IT and management or any other relevant training;
Relevant experience in product development;
Good knowledge of new technologies and attentive to trends;
Ability to analyze user experience (UX);
Knowledge of tools for preparing models (mockup) and graphics (Adobe XD);
Good team management skills;
Communication skills and adaptability.
