Location of health data<\/strong><\/h4><p>Personal health data hosted by Dialog Insight is stored exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA).<\/p><p>Location of main infrastructure:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Country: France<ul><li>Cloud region: \u00cele-de-France<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Infrastructure type: HDS-certified physical and virtual infrastructure<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>No permanent storage of health data is carried out outside the EEA.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Remote access from a third country (outside the EEA)<\/strong><\/h4><p>When ad hoc technical access can be provided from a country outside the EEA (e.g., technical support in Canada), this access is:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strictly controlled;<ul><li>Limited to authorized personnel;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Logged and tracked;<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Performed only when necessary for maintenance or safety.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>These access rights are based on:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>either an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission;<br \/><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>or appropriate safeguards as defined in Article 46 of the GDPR (in particular, standard contractual clauses).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>Additional technical measures are implemented to ensure a level of protection equivalent to that guaranteed within the European Union.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Possible subjection to non-European legislation<\/strong><\/h4><p>Some technical subcontractors involved in providing hosting services may be subject to non-EU legislation that could require access to data.<\/p><p>In this case:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>no data is permanently transferred outside the EEA;<ul><li>the data is encrypted;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>the encryption keys are managed within the EEA;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>access is strictly controlled and logged;<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>any access request that does not comply with European Union law will be systematically challenged.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
