The Beginning of a Bold Adventure

25 years ago, as digital marketing and SaaS platforms were just emerging, Pascale Guay, alongside her partners Alain Marceau and Pascal Jolin, decided to take on an ambitious challenge: to create a platform capable of meeting the changing needs of businesses in managing customer communications.

“The very concept of SaaS was still young and fragile,” she recalls with a smile.

Despite the challenges, their collective vision led to the creation of a relational marketing platform that quickly revolutionized the marketing practices of many businesses.

“Sending emails and managing data was tedious at that time. Security, message volume, performance reporting were headaches for most businesses. We needed to seize this opportunity and create a tool that would meet their needs.”

“Every day, I wake up excited to see how we can further improve our product,” she says. “Even after decades, I am still deeply involved in every aspect of Dialog Insight’s development, from designing new features to enhancing the user experience.”

This passion, shared by the entire team, is one of the driving forces that allows Dialog Insight to remain a leader in a constantly changing environment.

“We have a long-term vision that few can rival; we must never rest on our laurels,” Pascale confidently asserts today.
