The right messages, at the right time, at the right frequency

As channels multiply and campaign volumes grow, planning and coordinating campaigns becomes more complex for marketing teams. At the same time, customers expect relevant, personalized communications across every channel.

Getting frequency right is not optional. It directly impacts engagement, deliverability, and revenue.

Too much, and you risk damaging the customer experience and your sender reputation.
Too little, and you miss opportunities.

Orchestrator helps you strike the right balance — while simplifying how you plan and prioritize your campaigns.

It enables you to control marketing pressure at the contact level, prioritize what truly matters, and make faster, more confident decisions.

What Orchestrator Enables

Control your marketing pressure

Define the right sending cadence for each contact to protect engagement and maintain strong deliverability.

Prioritize your most strategic campaigns

Ensure your most important communications are always sent first.

Save time on campaign planning

Quickly identify which campaigns to send, postpone, or block directly from your calendar, while keeping full visibility into your performance.

Deliver a smoother customer experience

Orchestrate your campaigns across all your channels to ensure every interaction is relevant, timely, and well synchronized.

How Orchestrator Works

Two simple mechanisms. Powerful impact.

Frequency Rules

Control how many communications a contact can receive per channel over a defined time frame, such as per day or per week.

Communication Priorities

Assign a priority level to each campaign so your most important messages are always delivered first.

Together, these mechanisms empower you to plan your campaigns more effectively and make smarter decisions, so you can deliver a more consistent, relevant, and high-impact experience across the entire customer journey.

Why It’s Different

Orchestrator goes beyond traditional campaign scheduling.

It does not simply plan your sends.
It helps you decide what deserves to be sent.

It takes into account:

  • the marketing pressure on each contact
  • the priority of every campaign
  • your full channel mix

The result is clear:
faster decisions, better coordination, and higher-performing campaigns.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What time frame does orchestration cover?

Orchestration is applied over a full week, from Monday to Sunday.

Does Orchestrator include sends from automated campaigns?

No. Orchestrator only considers batch campaigns.

Do frequency rules apply if I don’t run orchestration?

Frequency rules are only applied when orchestration is executed.

What happens if I modify a campaign after orchestration?

You can modify the content of a campaign (text, images, etc.) without impacting orchestration. However, if you change the targeting, date, priority, or type of communication, you will need to cancel the orchestration, make your changes, and run it again.

What happens if I add a campaign after orchestration?

The campaign will not be included in the orchestration. It will be sent independently of frequency rules and priority levels. To include it, you must cancel the orchestration, add the campaign, and run it again.
