To address Mediafilm's specific needs, Dialog Insight developed a custom dashboard with advanced filters, enabling events to be viewed based on multiple criteria (cinema, workshop type, date, etc.). This feature allows managers to quickly access relevant information and manage activities more efficiently.
One of the major challenges of the project was ensuring that the data remained consistently up to date. To achieve this, the dashboard updates automatically every day, providing Mediafilm's teams with a continuously updated view of ongoing and upcoming events, without requiring any manual intervention.
In addition to providing operational tracking, the dashboard also enables cost monitoring and event profitability evaluation. It offers a detailed analysis of the investments made for each screening or workshop, helping management better anticipate resource needs and optimize the planning of future activities.
Mediafilm is an organization dedicated to promoting and distributing Quebecois and French-language cinema. Through its CinÉcole program, it aims to raise awareness among high school students about the richness of local cinema by offering them screenings and tailored educational workshops.
