Creating a Real-Time Contest Experience

Dialog Insight’s Contest module already covered 75% of Groupe CH’s needs, but a more personalized model was necessary to allow the team to create and publish each contest on their various websites.

It was not possible to participate directly at the event venues. Real-time interaction had to be central to the new participation process. Additionally, specific instructions for each contest prize needed to be editable.

In collaboration with Groupe CH, Dialog Insight addressed all contest requirements for the year and developed a fully customizable contest model to meet their specific needs. The integration of QR codes was also utilized.
