Nouveau calendrier DIalog Insight

At Dialog Insight, we are constantly working to improve our services to meet our clients’ diverse needs. It’s essential for us to offer relevant tools that enhance your marketing possibilities.

We designed the calendar to provide you with an insightful view of past and upcoming campaigns. It also allows you to plan ahead for the delivery of your future marketing campaigns.

Why is this feature essential?

Campaign management can be complex, especially for businesses juggling multiple sends across various channels. Feedback from our clients, particularly those in e-commerce and retail, revealed a crucial need: better organizing campaigns to avoid communication overload and maximize the potential of their customer contact base.

By listening to this feedback, Dialog Insight has developed a calendar designed to optimize campaign performance while saving you time.

What are the benefits for your marketing campaigns?

1. A complete and simplified view of past and future campaigns

With the calendar, you get a clear overview of all your communications:

Visual calendar: quickly view your past and upcoming campaigns.
Advanced filters: analyze your sends by status (drafts, active, etc.) or by channel, for actionable and detailed insights.

2. Simplified planning of future campaigns

Prepare your sends directly from the calendar:

• Select a date, target audience, and send time with just a few clicks.
• Come back later to complete and finalize your drafts.

3. A high-performing and flexible technology

Our calendar is not just a simple list of sends. It offers increased flexibility by allowing you to:

• Plan campaigns in advance directly from the calendar.
• Visualize the scope of your communications to avoid overlaps or conflicts.

4. Strategic features coming soon

Upcoming updates will include:

• Suggestions for optimal days to maximize open rates.
• Summaries of targeted groups by day for even more strategic insights.

A Comprehensive View with the Integration of One-Time Automated Campaigns

The Dialog Insight calendar provides you with a centralized overview of all your marketing campaigns, including one-time automated campaigns. These campaigns correspond to strategic communications triggered on a specific date, such as seasonal events, Black Friday, or special promotions.

With this integration:

  • All key communications are visible in one place, reducing the risk of overlap.
  • You can anticipate and better coordinate your sends to maximize their impact.
  • A detailed preview is available directly in the calendar to quickly review essential campaign details.

Only one-time automated campaigns with a date trigger appear in the calendar. Recurring campaigns or those triggered manually are excluded to ensure a clear and optimized view.

How to integrate this feature into your marketing strategy?

Here are a few examples of how to use this feature:

Consult planned sends: view the scope of communications directly in the calendar. You can consult past send statistics, filter by month, week, or status (Draft/Pending/Active, etc.) for deeper analysis.

Medium/long-term planning: schedule your future sends for specific dates and times with the addition of target groups.
